Quality Management is everyone's responsibility and
the Quality Management team is crucial in the applications
viability.

Approach—Quality is so crucial to the
implementation of an application that the Quality
Management should be brought in at the beginning of
the project and work dilligently along side the developers
throughout the entire project.
We look at Quality
Management as two areas:
1. Quality Assurance
- This process conducts analysis of design, development,
production, and service.
2. Quality Control-
This process conducts testing of the systems prior
to production release and iterative cycles of testing
throughout the system development life cycle and continuation
of the application.
Our consultants are
CSTE (Certified Software Test Engineers) and CQA (Certified
Quality Analysts) certified as well as certified in
a number of automated testing systems including Segue
and Mercury Interative's suite of testing tools.
